The dough is poured into the bowl of the cheese molding machine. Thanks to 2 augers in the chamber of the cheese molding machine, it moves towards the weighing section without destroying its structure. At this stage, the machine reservoir is heated to the temperature of the dough. In this way, the structure of the dough does not deteriorate. Weighing section includes cutting blade system and weights. Here, the dough fills in the grammage tube and after reaching sufficient weight, it is cut with a cutter knife.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

  • The bowl of the cheese moulding machine is heated with hot water. There is a steam serpentine inside the reservoir. With our special steam installation, you do not need to put water once again after putting water in the reservoir. With the heat probe connected to the reservoir, the temperature is automatically controlled from the electrical panel.
  • The machine is completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel. All surfaces of the machine that are in contact with the product are covered with high quality Teflon. Other surfaces are sandblasted with high quality. The cutting blade slides are made of pure Teflon in order to minimize friction force and have a long life.
  • The cutting blade moves with the pneumatic piston.
  • The gear system that moves the augers is specially produced by Arminoks Makine. With one engine, motion is given to 2 helices simultaneously. The reservoir containing the augers is closed with a sealed cover and sealing is provided with a gasket suitable for food.
  • Machine electrical panel is in IP 65 protection class. It is not affected by water and steam. There is a motor driver in the electrical panel that enables the movement of the auger motors.
  • The moving parts on the machine are safety-protected and the protection barriers are secured with safety sensors. In this way, it does not harm the employee.
  • With this machine, you can portion your product from 200 grams to 2 kilos.
  • The cheese moulding machine has many options. While it is produced with PID control as standard, it has variable models according to capacity and demand.
  • They can be produced with PLC control and servo, 4 pistons, rotary table.
