Horizontal cooling tunnels can be produced in different belt width and length purpose to ensure customers requirement. Product conveying may be polyurethane belt, modular type belt or rod type.

Elevator type cooling tunnels are suitable for workshops with limited manufacturing area they are shorter than other type cooling tunnels but they are higher from them also they are components of complex molding lines. Moulded products are moving up and down inside the tunnel to obtain the cooling. Mould nestle capacity is higher then other type cooling tunnels.

Multi storey cooling tunnels are shorter then horizontal type cooling tunnels but this not effect their capacity. This kind of tunnels are suitable for manufacturers with limited production area. As product conveying rails or polyurethane belt can be used. They also may be used at drops or chips chocolate manufacturing.

Cooling must be accurate because crystallization process started with temper will continue until cooling process is ended. Accurately controlled temperature will redouble the quality of the chocolate.
