MULTITUBE HEAT EXCHANGER

The thermal exchanger cools the product which goes out of the cooking tank by adjusting it to the specified required value by using a manually controlled three-stage valve. The tubular heat exchanger is made of high quality AISI 304 stainless steel. Cold water will not be provided directly to the system, the cooling with water will be reduced to 65-70 degrees in the first stage. Then it will be given to the homogenizer. In the second stage the cooling will be reduced to 30-35 degrees and in the third stage it is reduced to +8 + 10 degrees by providing cold water. Also a thermometer is installed to measure the temperature between the stages. This thermometer is controlled by manual valves according to temperature values.
