An independent machine used to produce soft ice cream. You can give one type of product or more depending on the capacity of the machine. It is available in different capacities up to 5 products per batch. Swelling of 80-90% is provided by the machine’s gear system pump.
The cooling system works with air, and thanks to its blender, soft ice cream and frozen yogurt remain homogeneous. The compressor in the machine is Bristol brand, where high-efficiency water capacitors are used. These capacitors reduce the amount of water and gas which is used to comply with environmental standards. With a power consumption of 2.1 kW, it consumes much less power than similar capacitive equipment. Cooling systems are designed to ensure that ice cream remains at the right temperature, even in the hottest weather.
